Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we are always happy to help you file a claim or track it down!

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
